Who we are

What we collect

• Booking request: your name, phone number, email address, the room and dates you want, how many guests, and any message you write.
• Events and group enquiry: the same contact details, plus the type and date of your event, the number of guests and rooms, whether you want catering, and any message.
• Staff: the email address of the hotel staff who sign in to manage bookings.

We do not take payments on this website and we never ask for card or bank details here.

Why we use it

Only to deal with your request: to check availability, to confirm or decline it, and to contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

• Hotel staff who have a login.
• The companies that run this website for us: Supabase (database), Netlify (website hosting) and, when switched on, Brevo (sends the confirmation email).
• If you or we message each other on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms apply to that chat.
• The map on the Contact page is provided by Google and may set Google’s own cookies.

What is stored in your browser

A saved copy of the room list and gallery so the pages open faster. Nothing that identifies you. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept until the hotel removes them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Contact us using the details above and we will deal with it.
